Stitch provides a platform connecting users seeking custom clothing, alterations, and repairs with independent local tailors. We facilitate the booking and payment processes but do not provide the tailoring services directly.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when registering and booking services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Payments and Fees

Users agree to pay the listed prices for services booked through Stitch. We offer multiple payment methods including Cash on Delivery, UPI, and Credit Card.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between users and tailors should first be attempted to be resolved directly. Stitch may assist in dispute resolution but assumes no liability for the quality of services provided by independent tailors.

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our service at any time without notice.
